Will I gain weight after a cheat day?

Without knowing your height, weight, how much you normally eat, what you do at the gym, how much and of what you ate on your cheat day... the answer is a negligible amount.
They do say that having a specific cheat day (and thinking of it as such) is a bad thing since you feel compelled to make the most of it and it also makes an unhealthy connection between your emotions and your food.
Like today, I felt hungry in the afternoon, and since I was going to the gym anyway, had a Big Mac. I don't do this every day (in fact, I haven't been to McD's in well over a month if not longer) but I wouldn't count today as a 'cheat day' even if I hadn't had my gym bag with me. Enjoy your food, just in moderation.
i'm 5'6, 130 LPs and i do 30 minutes cardio and 50 minutes to 60 of lift (squats, lunges, push ups, some exercice for my triceps, biceps, abs... etc.) and i do 3x20 (repetitions) but for squats 4x15.
I eat for example rice, oatmeal cookie, sometimes frozen yogurt.
and i don't do cheat days everyday either
Any gain from one cheat day would be tiny unless you ate an entire wedding cake, then.
hahahaha i don't even eat cake so nope. i'm going to the gym tomorrow for 2 hours and half :p but thank you for you opinion!
ummm, its not a cheat day anymore, its a cheat meal :). But if you eating healthy on that cheat day, just more calories, your body will act like its out of starvation mode and you will actually lose more fat :).
No. If you were to "cheat" for a while. Then yes, you would gain weight. But you just did it today

But I mostly do cardio to lose weight. My body is toned with what I am doing so far

girl.. don't worry about that, even after a week of clean eating and gym, my weight still fluctuates everyday (yes I weight myself everyday at gym) so don't be too concern about your weight, just balance your life
I think you deserve a cheat day.
It doesn't hurt anything, and it stops the cravings ^^
Weight gain is all about calories in and calories out. If you are eating more than your TDEE than you will gain but if you are just cheating one day and you keep track of macros and your weekly TDEE is not over you won't gain.
