I have been doing squats for a couple of months now also with increasing weights but I am not seeing a growth in glute muscles. How can I speed up muscle growth and see faster and better results?
You need to be using a weight that allows you to hit failure in 8 to 12 reps. High rep sets does noting for muscle growth. You need to be eating at the a calorie surplus. And you need to be letting the muscles rest for 2 days after high intensity workouts.

protein and more resistance + rest. work on other parts of your legs too. do Romanian deadlift.

Do more intense workouts but shorter sets. Make sure you do multiple muscle groups and vary the actual exercise or machine
Building is always high weight low rep (5 sets of 5 is shown to be the best).
