Girls, Does waxing ultimately lead to less hair?

I figured you ladies would know more about this than the fellas lol. I know it pulls everything out, but does it actually lead to less or no hair in the long run?

yes it does get thinner in time. The hair root looses strenght and some roots eventually die off, but not as many to really see a difference.
However, this takes years to happen and if you don't wax or epilate long enough, hair will come back.
If you want a permanent solution in a short period of time, you will have to do laser treatments. They will kill off the root.

Sugaring hurts a lot... be prepared to suffer lol :-)

It doesn't work like that. If you pull the hair out, the hair follicle will stay intact so it won't get thinner or less. Only if you destroy the hair follicle, like with laser treatment, the hair won't grow back.

I've always been told that shaving/waxing man's it grow back thicker but I've never actually looked into it

i dont think so.. hair comes after a longer time period.. but it will b same as before.. if left of more than 2 or 3 months..
