Well, I struggle with the same thing. But there are plenty of exercises that helped me get a bit taller. But it does take time! You have to stretch out your legs and spinal cord. It might be a bit difficult at first, but it definitely relieves muscles. Try sitting down with your legs in front of you and try to touch your toes, if you feel a slight pull, just breath. Not everyone can get it at once, and just keep at it for a longer period of time. Also, try holding onto something and bend forward with you leg stretching as far up as possible. Also do the splits and not the, one leg forward and one leg behind way. I mean straight down. It hurts a lot but you can really stretch your legs out. Also, eat healthier. I would recommend protein and fruits. The protein can help your body grow and it's great for your body. Eggs could also work along with plenty of fruit. Also keep your body hydrated. Another exercise you could do is, sit down and spread both of your legs as far apart without bending them. Then stretch for 10 sec on each side trying to go as far as possible, then lean forward stretching as much as possible. Hope this helped and good luck!

you cannot push your own height? you have to just grow naturally. Eating the right foods and keeping fit and healthy may help this but height is natural. In my honest opinion you dont want to be any taller that 5ft 7 5ft 8 as you wanted to be. I am turning 19 soon and i am still getting grow spurts now and again I've gotten taller 2 - 3 times since I've been 17 so you still carry on growing sweet :), hope that helped xx
You can have your tibia and fibula broken and elongated to gain around 3" of height in a year's time, but it's incredibly painful and has high risk of infection and other complications.
Ask any girl around here about being tall, and they'll tell you it's not all that it's cracked up to be.

I'm only 5'1 and I'm 17 haha I guess it's genetics tho. Maybe try asking a doctor? Or drink more milk, heard it helps.
