Go out, get the fuck out of your couch once in a while. This will help you avoid overthinking the shit you're going through. Maybe outside you'll target something else to hate/feel stressed about in which you won't care later anyways

Prescription Klonopin. And try to get adequate sleep and limit time plugged in (online, watching tv, smartphone, etc). I found that being constantly wired in causes heightened awareness; always multitasking and causing my mind to jump around / increase stress.
Eat a healthy diet, exercise and if all that fails talk to your doctor. I've heard meditation is helpful too but I was never able to get into it.

Used to absolutely hate it. Once I began going regularly, it became the main thing that helps keep me calm and level-headed. Whether I be stressed with my boyfriend, anxious about a presentation, or a bit of both during exam time, working out has become the perfect remedy.
Deep breathing. When I get anxious my breathing gets out of control. I'm sure other people with anxiety can relate. I start to feel like I'm running out of air and that of course makes the anxiety even worse. If I worse myself to take deep measures breathes, it calms me down and helps a lot

I do a lot of sport to keep it under control and that helps in my case.
I don't have any, every time before I play soccer I get really nervous and it causes me to do stupid things during the game, I've tried chewing gum but I don't know what to do
