What kind of "fat" is worst?

We always get the questions that ask what people think about the weight of others, but it can be hard to pinpoint as everyone carries their weight differently. In your opinion, what is the least attractive place a person can carry their weight?

Upper body -- Stomach and arms

Lower body -- Legs and bum

I'm going to answer the question as though you had asked it properly using the proper terminoloy:

Visceral fat - When fat is gathered primarily around the abdominal area and isn't as much distributed on the extremities (in guys this is referred to as a "beer belly."

Subcutaneous fat - When fat is more evenly distributed around the body, so that it is on the extremities as well.

Visceral fat is more unattractive because it is a greater sign of health risks, specifically areas concerning the liver and kidney. It is much harder to lose as well because as I mentioned it is a result not only of poor eating habits but also that your liver and kidneys are not functioning properly.

Upper body is not only unattractive but unhealthy too. Visceral fat is very awful for your health and those who naturally pack fat onto their stomachs should work even harder to stay slimmer because they're at a greater risk for health problems

Upper body - it's connected to many diseases - including heart diseases, while lower body fat is healthier actually. =)

+ upper body fat is unattractive especially in women
