But I digress a little, so does anyone else like that feeling or is it just me?
And it's usually only with my upper body, cause I admit to being pretty damn weak. Gotta do a LOT in leg workouts to feel it.
Well, I don't go to gym, but when (once in a blue moon) I do work out, the pain/soreness lasts for like a week, and I absolutely hate it, I can't even stand up or sit down, or walk fast without it hurting A LOT. So, nope, I do not enjoy that pain. I know it means that something is happening and stuff, but nah, all that is not worth that one workout.

Yah I like the feeling too. It makes me feel tough lol.
For legs I use to get really sore and pain after leg day, but then I started foam rolling and had no pain the next day. Not what you asked, but whenever I get the chance to express my love for foam rolling, I take it. xD
I love being sore, I lift every other day & go run all the others with Sunday being a rest day. I'm never sore from leg day because of how much I run... Upper body, that's different, lol. I do chest press/bicep curl & abs. It feels great because I know that soreness means I had a good workout.
Dam 40 a month? I get it for 10 a month or at a gym with pool and sauna is 20 a month. Congrats on feeling that pain though, I know what you mean. I like the feeling of it to, it makes me feel accomplished and I deserve the rest.
Yeah it's kind of expensive, but it lasts me for the next yr and a half and I live in a smaller town. I asked for rates in other cities, and it actually goes down when I move to a bigger city, and even lower when I prove I attend the university out here.

Yeah but it doesn't happen that often anymore. I just did calf raises and then uphill runs two days ago and my calfs are still tight though! I need to add some things to my workout now because I've been using the same workouts for awhile now.
I don't like the feeling, because it limits my range of movements for the day. But it does give me a greater sense of accomplishment than leaving with the feeling that I could do more.
I love that feeling in every muscle apart from traps and calves haha I wish I experianced it more after a week of working out it got really really hard for me to feel that feeling
For me it's the feeling of pushing myself during the training to the point that I didn't think I'd make it, but I did
I don't really have that much pain afterwards, because I stretch after it all
Eh, Yes, But eventually you won't be getting sore all the time, i say 6 months into it you'll reach a wall, Then you gotta change your routine
Probably, which is why I'm signing up for the colleges karate class. I think that have Brazilian Jiu-jitsu there as well, cause if they do I'm signing up to that instead. I need to stay active.
Yes I love it! Nothing like waking up sore as fuck!
Dont like it but thats when you know you got a good workout.
I think the feeling sucks
