I was 220lbs and now I am 180lbs and 5ft 8

The most I have been was 175 and that was a little less than a year ago. The college life kicked me butt. Now I am 165 and still losing but I am about where I was in high school. I wanna get to 155-160 then start lifting weights again :S mostly been doing running :D and some swimming.

Highest I have been lately is 132.9 lbs at 5'8 and that was recorded a little over a week ago. I was cursed with a really fast metabolism.. At least working out made me go from a stick to a bold column

I went up to 11st 2lb. :O
I went down to 9st 6lb then for a while through diet and exercise within a matter of weeks. Nowadays I'm usually 9st 8-10lbs. I don't weigh myself much though because I work out with weights. I often have water weight or I've gained muscle.

I think 189 when I was on really bad meds. Then I dropped to 165. Then I gained a little bit of it back. But I have 110 lbs of muscle on me so I can't complain.

This question is hard to answer. In exact numbers it was 84kg, but I was much fatter when I was a child because I was shorter than 150cm and I weighted more than 50kg, which is very fat.

Today I'm just 73kg.

235-240lb (5ft 7in) Last September. Got down to 172lb ish, Then gained muscle up to 185lb (Where i am now) at 6ft.  Need to loose 10lb more of fat though :/.
