I'm really craving for coke and it's night time?

Can it hurt to have one at this time? I keep craving coke at night and I don't know why. I try to tell myself to just go to bed without it but it's bugging me

It's not only the acids in it that are bad, the body gets a huge kick of sugar just when it doesn't need it. It's a sure thing to gain weight!

During the day, it will take over 1/2 hour walking to burn off the calories in one can of coke!

You'll be antsy trying to sleep but if it's the bad sure go ahead. Just make sure you brush your teeth afterward. It's really acidic and the sugar is bad for the teeth

Yeah the CO2 bubbles are acidic and the sugar gets broken down into acid by bacteria in your mouth so it's bad for your teeth. It's the same case with orange juice except it has citric acid not CO2

So yes any sugary/citrusy/carbonated beverage is probably not the best idea before you go to sleep. Teethwise at least lol

Grab a plastic card, cut it up, portion out a small line and take a hit. It will be fine. Might be hard to sleep for an hour or too but then you will be out like a baby :)
