Well you can't lose belly fat, targeting fat is impossible and it's a fitness myth.
Belly fat is the worst to lose because it's usually the last to go as it's the bodies best place to store fat.
Diet: Eat lots of fresh meat and vegetables, eating lots of meat whilst dieting ensures that your muscles won't decay since your body is getting enough amino acids. Eat small portions throughout the day.
Drink water before every meal, it's makes you feel full quickly and therefore you don't eat as much.
I can't remember the name of it but doing a few minutes of weight training and then a few minutes of running and repeating is something like 4 times more effective than normal exercise.

Yeah i know what you mean I'm a diabetic too, i am insulin dependent
what i recommend is walking is good , if you can't do it in the heat than
take a day go out to the mall and just walk from one end to another
i wish i had the transportation i would be going to the mall..
Type onw or type two?
Cardio is the best and you need to adjust your diet :) I have diabetes too and I still lost 20 lbs so its possible
