That's actually underweight. I'm 5'1 and a doctor once told me 106-132 is a healthy weight range (depending on your bone structure). I'm 156cm (so closer to 5'2) and prefer being 112-117, I have an average-small bone structure too. I hope that helps you work out a good weight.

If your under 120 pounds your never over weight unless your under 5'0". Your really close to being under weight. If you lose 1 more pound you will be under weight.
Heck to the no that's not fat at all. I'm 5"2 through 5"4 and I weigh 138 pounds and that's big for a 14 year old but I'm tall so I look skinny. I'm trying to lose weight though :P
