There's a website (brasizecalculator. tk) which has a way to measure as well, using 5 measurements and it's a lot more accurate. Although there is a problem that I'm experiencing and it's giving me a size larger than I actually need (I'm probably a 32F or 32FF but it's giving me a 32G)

They are the perfect size, be proud of them. It is no that they are an inconvenience but you will get used to them and be able to get lots of guys.
