My body is okay before I workout. I exercise bc i stay at home recently and to tone my body. I guessed it's normal for the body to change shape and my curves wasn't that obvious so i look really thin. I stopped exercising this few weeks. I didn't change my diet and now i wanted to gain weight. What should I do (diet plan)? This may sound absurd and you can say just eat more, but im wondering how to keep up with my wieght while exercising. Can u help me... tnx!
