HELP what's happening to me?

this is a health question.
i'm having gut pain right now and an urge to go to the bathroom even though what happens in there is normal. But i'm also having chest pains and i'm having trouble breathing. I have asthma so i took my inhaler but after 20 minutes i still can't breath right? i'm getting scared what should i do? i know i can't go to the hospital cause my parents will say no and say i'm overeactting. I don't know what's happening to me and i'm scared, help!

and i do have IBS and when i eat fatty foods like i did today it effects me greatly. but this is what makes me worried cause its different.

one of you wanted an update: i'm still not feeling well it is getting a tiny bit worse. Still don't know what to do :/

I get chest pains too, and they can be caused by a variety of non-emergency factors. You're young, so I wouldn't automatically think you are having a heart attack.

Sounds to me like it could be asthma related. Is it really humid out? I know I have been coughing a bit in my home and it's really hot and muggy. I don't have asthma, but I think I might have it. Ever since I was sick I've been affected by the weather.

Anyway, try to relax. Have a glass of water and just try to be calm. Maybe you are just really anxious over your pain and now the chest pains.

Have a glass of water and try to relax. If you can, get somewhere that is air conditioned. This will help any issues that might be related to your breathing.

Make sure you are with other people though in case something happens.

As for your stomach pain, it sounds like you could be constipated. Sometimes when I am having trouble getting it out, I get stomach pains. Or if I have to really go. If everything in the bathroom is normal, it could just be due to a lot of fibre. This sometimes happens. Maybe your body is trying to clean itself out.

If the stomach pain persists and gets worse, go to the hospital. Same with the chest pains.

If they persist for a few more hours, fuck your parents opinion and go to the hospital.
