Is tap water safe to drink in your area?

Safe to drink but jam pack full of minerals which is basically a one way trip to kidney stones if you drink straight from the tap.
So I filter it with a brita.
Bacterial content is safe but the water is a bit hard.
I prefer bottled water if im drinking it plain, or making coffee or tea (I fill up 5 gallon jugs at those water refill machines for ~$.25-$.30 a gallon ).
If im cooking I'll use tap water.
yeah it's mostly safe but tastes like metal so I have a brita filter system :)
Usually u use my brit filter but it's safe in my area

It's just OK. It's really hard water. It comes from wells & the Colorado river.
I too use a Britta filter.
I've never given it much thought, just drank tap water. Only when I went to India did I bother to think about it and even then I just boiled it and then drank that.
The water is beyond deadly round here.
It was only last week my father was using the toilet and got splashback on his ass cheek from an extra large poo and dropped off the toilet like a rag doll, lifeless. I saw the whole thing.
We buy bottled water for cooking and drinking. We buy it from a reverse osmosis machine.
I'm sure it is... But I don't trust it.
