Do most non-famous females have flat stomachs, or is it just a movie+TV show thing? Don't want to look like an idiot for having to ask, I've just grown up inside a box.

I have a flat stomach. But most women don't. The average size for an American woman is size 16. I'm a size 00. Size 16 would most likely not be flat.

Yea, if they tale good care of themselves and dont eat a lot of junk and keep up with their bodies and what not then yes I believe its normal for people to have a flat stomach...

How much do you eat though, and how strictly do you have to watch it, how athletic are you and how old are you and are your parents thin/ athletic or are they average or overweight?

I always had a flat stomach without doing anything but now I occasionally work out. I am 15 and my parents are average like most of my family but they are average on European standards not American. In American standards they are thin.
