I don't drink much that often. I usually keep it to a beer or glass of wine when I do drink. On the occasions that I do drink more though, all I feel afterwards is regret. I regret having drank enough to get myself hungover af the next morning.

I feel somewhat bad on my body. I have an interest in biology and I know it's a bit of a chore for my body to remove, it's a toxin after all. It can scar your liver too, so yeah sometimes I do.

I used to drink very heavily and it caused a lot of problems. I felt guilty
about the people I hurt during my drinking days. However, some deserved it. Some didn't. But I don't apologize for it. It was what it was and I cannot deny it.

I don't feel guilty, but when I drink too much (2 drinks or 4 patron shots I'm a lightweight) I just regret it because I get naseous lol and say I'm never drinking again.

No, I would only feel guilty if I did something bad because of drinking. If I got tipsy but had a great time and everybody I was with had a fun night, there's no reason to feel guilty.

I don't often drink too much, but when I do, I'm too much of a mess to feel guilty. I might regret it the next day, but that's not the same as feeling guilty.
