Is it okay to drink 3 cups of coffee before school?

Well I want to challenge myself to drink three cups of coffee natural while relaxing to music to test the effects in the morning before school. Tomorrow is Friday so it is a good day to try things at school. Do you think my high school teachers will notice a difference in my behavior? It will be my second time using coffee ever.

Coffee is not a drug, it's a drink. You're not snorting heroin, you're drinking a cup of coffee, calm the f down. Just drink it, I personally don't feel any de- or increase in my energy, no matter how much or little coffee I drink. However, you'll probably have to shit like hell, since coffee is a natural laxative.

It depends on if you drink caffeine on a regular basis or not. If you do, it should not be a big deal. If you don't, you will most likely have a bad morning.

That will be way too intense. Seriously don't do it. Coffee never really affects me but 3 consecutive cups before school would freak me out.

Well, when I had a massive mug of coffee back in secondary school, my heart was jumping all over the place and I was feeling an intense rush. Hard to explain but it was uncomfortable for me. I forgot to keep in mind that coffee is a stimulant.

What is crash?

Crash as in like when all that sugar finally reaches the end of the road, you'll just completely shut down and feel incredibly tired all of a sudden. You may or may not get that though.

Ah yes, that's the downside usually of coffee but it's easy to power through 1 or 2, three though I've never tried lol.
