Is it normal to not get hungry?

I literally don't get hungry so I don't really eat much. I normally eat once a day (dinner) as I don't feel the need to eat. Its not because I'm inactive I do a fair amount of exercise. Generally the only time I know I need to eat is when I feel faint or light headed and that doesn't happen often. My friends think I have an eating disorder and I try to explain to them that I just don't get hungry, and because I don't get hungry then I must be taking in enough calories, but I don't eat much when I do... Is this normal?
