I don't take a Vitamin but i would suggest you should follow whatever the daily recommended for you would be , it's best to consult a doctor i wouldn't take more
unless the doctor agreed to it , you could replace Vitamins by drinking supplement

Are you deficient in those mentioned vitamins?
I would only take them if i had a blood test done to show i was deficient though.

I take calcium cause i dont really have much dairy (it also has d3 and mangensium for absorbtion), i used to take norwegian fish oil for dha (capsuls suck) sometimes b12, and just biotin cause i thought i was losing my hair a bit, might be helping, or it might be the exercising
I take about 2000mgs of fish oil (muscle building)
-1500mgs of niacin (mood stabilizer)
-1000mgs of b12(brain function)
The less vitamins the better because most of them don't reach your system. If you would prefer the full effects of them I would suggest taking a probiotic supplement before hand daily so your body can absorb more nutrients... otherwise you might as well throw your pills down the toilet.I used to take them everyday religiously when I was a child, but not anymore... though I should take calcium and vitamin D... but I don't...
I take a Vitamin D supplement because science has proved that atmospheric pollution has reduced the amount of beneficial sunlight reaching us.
Right now I'm taking a multi-vitamin as well as 20,000mcg of biotin and 2,250mg of saw palmetto (the biotin and saw palmetto is for my hair).
I take "Fish Oil". Not really a vitamin but still.
