It's #InvisibleIllness awareness week! Do you have an invisible illness?
No jokes.
Oh wow, sorry to hear that. I actually had never heard of JHS/EDS or POTs until just now (I looked them up).
Hmm... I honestly don't think I have an illness that affects my day to day life. The closest I've ever gotten was a period of depression. I went to get help after some bad days. They told me I was depressed and tried blaming it on "adjusting to school" and basically to just get better... so not much help :/ . However, I am doing much better now. Strangely enough, GAG has helped me out and picked up my mood quite a bit since then ever so slowly. I don't really understand how or why, but it has, and that's good enough for me.
That's about the closest thing to an invisible illness I've ever had. When I actually was depressed, it would definitely affect my day to day life mentally, but the physical issues were pretty minor.
I don't know if that counts but that is all I got. 😅
Ulcerative colitis not good. I'm so sorry.
I have the same condition that took my dad away from mum, sis and I. I have an aneurism in my brain. Not life threatening as yes, thank goodness, but I guess at some point it will need some sort of treatment.
If you need a bit more info, PM me.

It's not diagnosed or anything but I still worry about something going wrong with my chest or arm from the surgeries I've had before. I'm reluctant to do new things and if it feels funny in that area I always think it's gonna be something bad.
All the doctors say it's fine. It just annoys me that the scar tissue still bothers me quite a bit. And I've had so many physical problems Over the years from the surgery it just really bothers me. Even though they say nothing bad will happen, it was serious enough to the type of problem where you think it could happen again.
I had a blood clot removed several times and they had to expand my veins numerous times so it would stop collapsing. They had to remove part of my neck muscle and my first Rib on the left side to improve circulation. The blood clot went from my forearm right to the edge of my chest. So if I would have waited a couple days more to go to the doctor I could have easily died from it. And I still get dizzy feeling when my neck gets tight and I always think it's something serious that's causing that but I'm sure it's just the Muscles being really tight.
I think I have got some sort of depression. Half way through the day I just become so lonely and sad.
I'm totally not going to google it -probably would say I'm dying.
How do I find out what I have?
Do Shin Splints count?
Well not sure if it's an illness but this is the definition of shin splints: acute pain in the shin and lower leg caused by prolonged running, typically on hard surfaces.
I hope you're feeling fine fine and you get better by the way :)
Yeah I am invisible to the opposite sex and it makes me sick... does that count.
Well that hurts more than my inflamed heart. :(
I have endometriosis and hypothyroidism.
