I have always brushed my teeth twice a day and used mouthwash daily for anyone wondering how I take care of my teeth

Definitely! Dental health is important. Think about it, when you are older you will have to pay to have your teeth fixed if you don't take of them. Trust me! I know so many people who have put thousands of dollars towards their teeth.

It's better to start young and be good to them, it will help you in the long run!

Everyone should floss. Next time, brush your teeth normally and use mouthwash.

Then, floss your teeth and see what comes out. That's the shit you missed while brushing, and that's the stuff that will sit in your warm mouth, rotting away and stinking your breath up and causing cavities.

yes floss at least once a day to get the food particles out from between your teeth. That is gross that you do not floss now. All you are doing is letting food sit in between your teeth which will cause halitosis ( bad breath) gingivitis, cavities etc.

Obviously if you have braces you can't but Id say as soon as your braces come off, start flossing! It's hygienic, and there's definitely no harm in keeping good practice.

My laptop was in the repair shop sorry! you probably dont care anymore but my teeth are really nice. I read studies that said flossing doesn't help unless you dig at it like the dentists do. Mouthwashing is just as helpful.
