I'd like to build some muscles, since my back, legs, arms etc. are getting effected by my low weight.
If I need to gain muscle, what should I do? Can you join ''team training''? or is that only with cardio?
I don't know own what team training is but typically anything that involves actually gaining muscle can't be done in a group class type setting. Read the book starting strength by Mark rippetoe and use that as a base for starting a stench building program and your introduction to weight lifting. Take the dietary part with a grain of salt though
To build muscle you need to do resistance training (weights, body weight etc). Join a gym, get a personal trainer etc. cardio is good for cardio vascular and losing weight. You will need to eat well to promote muscle growth aswell, protein, goody fat, clean carbs etc..
I don't mean to come of a stupid - what is clean carbs exactly?
off* Oh, the irony lol
Clean carbs are foods such as sweet potato, brown rice, brown bread, quinoa, oatmeal, muesli, brown pasta etc. google complex carbohydrates for a more extensive look 👍🏾

Take lots of protein and lift heavyweight for lower reps. Lift a weight that you work hard to lift 6 times. I've recently got back into bodybuilding. How much muscle are you trying to gain? God bless you :-)
Lift as heavy as you can 5 or 6 days a week, alternating muscle groups and eat your protein.
U need to do proper workout including push ups , chin ups , abs workouts n proper diet!
