I am pretty fat and I really want to lose weight. I am going to start eating way less and more healthy, also no junk food. I also read that you need to drink lots of water to clean your body so I will also start that and also I need to do sports, excercise so maybe anyone has any good tips or excercises that helps to lose weight? I want to lose it as fast as possible without demaging my body so I would be thankful for any other tips.
