Hard to tell exactly how deep those cuts are in a photo. From what I'm seeing, I wouldn't get stitches if it happened to me. I'd wash it with water that's good and hot, with a mild soap (preferably without fragrance). Wash it well for like a minute, and rinse very well so there's no soap residue. The alternative is rubbing alcohol, which will sting like hell. Let the area air dry completely, then use a topical antibiotic like Neosporin and bandage it relatively tight. Leave the bandage on as long as seems appropriate (I think 24 hours would be a good timeframe). Then check the area, clean gently and put on a new bandage. Let it heal. That's what I would do--keyword being "I." But if you have any doubts or concerns whatsoever, see a doctor, or at least a nurse. Get well soon.
I agree with most of this advice, but don't use hot water, use warm or cool, and do not put alcohol on the wound, at all. Alcohol destroys healing tissue, and increases healing time.
Saline solution is sufficient to clean the wound.
I wouldn't recommend antibiotic ointment, unless it's sore and inflamed around the cut.
Definitely cover it and keep it dry, though.
thanks for the advice :)
It doesn't look infected... yet. You're gonna want to clean that out, and soon.
What did you do exactly? That looks like your ankle... Jesus, kid, you should've gotten that looked at immediately.
You're dangerously close to several arteries there. Be careful.
You posted this before why haven't you gone to see the doctor? Cover it up as much as you can and clean it out, I can see flesh perhaps they will tape it closed.
No stitches aren't required. Some antiseptic and waterproof square bandages should be fine. Change them everyday or else you will get an infection.
Put bedatine or antiseptic after washing it (without soap) and put band aids on it. Least learn some first aid when you cut yourself.

Wow, why do you have so many little cuts on you
No you dont need stitches, just use peroxide to disinfect, polysporin and use a bandage for a little while
Hell's bells! How did you get those? Well it wouldn't hurt to put some cream and a plaster on them. They don't look infected to me, but they easily could become infected.
With holes that huge, I sure hope you didn't catch an infection. Those are NOT fun.
They may have required stitches but they should be fine if u let them heal on their own. Just use disinfectant to clean the wound. Also try not cut yourself. Just try to remain happy and positive.
No, it is not infected, the only way you would know if it is infected is if you woke upbtye next morning with puss in it. You should put some lotion that disinfects it and cover it up with a bandage though.
You need to STOP doing that, that is what you need to do
Looks pretty minor. I don't think you need stitches.
Going to a doctor so that he/she can have a look would be best... I am wondering how you got those cuts, doesn't look accidental
