What's a good type of cream for red spots on arms?

I have kinda spotty red spots on my upper arms and I've tried E45 cream and it's made it soft but it hasn't put the redness or spots away. Any tips or creams you would reccoment? Would be extremely helpful. Thanks😌

That's tricky because it could be anything from a rash, psoriasis or eczema plus lots of others.

Is it itchy, is it raised, is it bumpy, is it flakey? Your best bet is a Dermatologist if it doesn't go away on its own. Oh if it is allergy related you can take Benadryl like if it it gives or something.
