Anyone with medical knowledge help. Should I be concerned and go to a doctor?

Alright so I have 2 health problems that are scaring me for a while now.

1.) I can feel my heart beat through my chest, it's heavy and I can hear it pounding in my ears all the time. If i'm lying down I can see my body move to the beat too. (i have asthma also, but I can breathe fine during this). Been happening for about 2 months.

2.) I've been having a sharp pain in my right breast in one spot near my areola for around a month. It comes and goes but when it comes it makes me grab the spot and hiss in pain and say "Ouch" and stuff.

So that's has been concerning me for a while, so if you have medical knowledge or if this sounds like something bad comment what you think.

I'm to scared to go to my doctor also just in case it's nothing.

You have symptoms of what is known as General Chest Wall Pain. It is very common among the population and manifests as strong heartbeats, sudden sharp pain in the chest (could be left or right side. and it is not associated with your heart).

When people get this pain, it can be pretty benign and harmless. Generally, the sharp pain may be triggered by a specific type of movement, such as sitting up from the bed, or twisting your body while exercising.

In rarer people, the pain is stronger and may be triggered by stress or too much caffeine, making the person antsy and being to sweat or feel like their chest is compressed.

Doctors describe this pain as "something that hurts, but will not kill you". The causes of this pain are somewhat of a mystery, but it is suspected that it has something to do with the rubbing of muscle layers and the thin membrane separating muscles in your chest.

I don't know what can cause the pounding in the ears. It does happen sometimes, but to go on for two months sounds quite bad, as in something wrong, and going on is making it worse.

Occasionally feeling your heart beat is not that abnormal. May be caused by a mistiming of your heart compressions. Happens to a lot of people, but usually they do not notice them. But if you are having them regularly and for so long, it is possibly something worse.

You only have one heart, and if something is ignored and gets worse, it may go beyond something that can be fixed. See a doctor. Find out what is going on. Just letting something go on that is not normal usually only makes things a lot worse.

It's not good when you can hear your heartbeat. I forgot what it is but you should go see the doctor to make sure. If it's nothing then it's a great relief rather than not knowing what it is and regret by the end when it gets worse.

Before I had a checkup with the doctor about feelings of chest pain and difficulty of breathing. I had lab tests then the doctor said it wasn't serious and said I just need to improve my lifestyle. So I did and got better :)

Sounds like anxiety FOR SURE.
And the breast thing, that's normal. I get it all the time.
Your breasts are probably sensitive to what goes in your body.
You might have fibroid tumors and cysts like I do.
Really, none of this is worth going to a doctor.
And if you keep worrying about it, you clearly have anxiety, so it's gonna make that worse.

Any heart related problems are "worth going to a doctor". Especially when the beat is strong enough to cause body movement. That kind of stress on the heart is bad. The doctor can diagnose and make the decision if it is dangerous or something that can be ignored.

It could be a number of things but you need to go to the doctor and get a proper examination and diagnosis. It could be at the very minimum stress related and even that can do damage.
You should really pay attention to what your body is telling you, especially when you know you have asthma. Good luck.

I don't know about the breast pain but the other stuff I do. There are a lot of things that it could be. You could have anemia or even just a severe iron deficiency. (I have these) and that will cause all of that stuff. Blood pressure and tachycardia. It could be anxiety if it happens sometimes but if it's constant than it is probably a problem with your hemoglobin and iron. Get those checked.

It could be perfectly harmless, but if it's not and you didn't go to the doctor then you'll be kicking yourself later. No harm in getting yourself checked out by the doc just in case. Chest pain can be really serious!

I had similar symptoms and learned I had an arrhythmia that needed to be checked on.

The heart beat is normal, you're relaxed when you're laying down right? But it's scaring you, it's completely normal. The sharp pain near the areola could just be growing pains... if you have a small chest... but otherwise you're just fine :D

Go to the Dr. It may be anxiety or hypertension BUT the sharp pain in your right breast is puzzling.
Better to be safe then sorry.

Sounds like you could be having heart problems. The pain your feeling could be chest pain.

If you feel something is off go immediately, if you do not it could possibly end up killing you.
