Bella I'm always hesitant to answer questions like yours because I'm not a doctor. But the fact that you're not having any other symptoms sounds like it's nothing serious.
One thing you might try is going to a pharmacy and asking a pharmacist if there's anything over-the-counter that might give you some relief like Pepto Bismol. And when you describe what's going on they might be better qualified to tell you if you should see a doctor.
I'm sorry that your tummy has been upset.

could be so many things...
but please consider this... if your bowel movements do not look right, and you know what I mean... it is time to go to a doctor, because whatever is affecting your stomach, is also now affecting all the way to other end of the digestive system, so...
Could be an ulcer, or some stomach parasites, or even stomach cancer. Do you eat anything that may kill off all the good bacteria in your stomach and that helps with digestion? If you have an ulcer spicy food will set it off. Chinese food could be a clue that maybe they used something in it that you are allergic to? When in doubt always go to the doctor. If anything IS wrong, early detection is your friend. What's it going to hurt to consult a doctor? I mean how much is your life worth? 😘
Listen to your body. It's telling you something is not right.
See a doctor please.

Self-diagnosing regarding GI tract problems is a bad idea. It could be nothing, it could be you've developed GERD (acid reflux) and even mildly spicy foods and things like oil, butter, carbonated drinks, etc, trigger it. It could be an ulcer (unlikely at your age, but stress can cause one too).
If you go to a GP, they'll likely refer you to a specialist. IF you don't need a referral, depending on insurance (if you have it?), go right to a specialist.
Depends on how bad it is. But I'd go to the doctor to get some pills for the indigestion as well as list of foods to not eat. Chinese food is pretty oily and will cause bloating if you eat it with reflux.
If nothing else, go to the doctor for the placebo effect of it. Just going and sitting in the waiting room, knowing you’re going to be seen, can help you feel worlds better
You should go to the doctor. If your body is behaving differently than it usually behaves, get it checked out. You don't want a minor issue becoming a major problem that could've been avoided by being pro-active.
This could be bowels related, and you could have bowel obstruction and need a NG Tube down your nose into your upper stomach and suction it all out.

Even if it is “only indigestion”, that shouldn’t be lasting this long. So definitely get checked by a doctor! Better safe than sorry.
Have you ever tried using anything like apple cider vinegar? 🤔 maybe the ph in your stomach is off and having trouble digesting food properly.
I don't want to worry you, but I don't want you to leave it either. Take my advice and get an appointment as soon as you can. I am not a doctor but I could tell you a very harrowing tale..
Please.. Promise me you will go!I had stomach issues this week too. I thought it was my diverticulitis again but I started to feel better and tomorrow I am going to the gym. I waited a couple of days and it I did not get better I was going to the doc.
I had a friend of mine whose appendix burst, and his symptoms were nearly identical to yours leading up to it, please see a doctor.
better safe than sorry.
It might be something simple, but unless you go you will just never know.Doctors can find and rule out serious situations quickly. It's worth the peace of mind just to get checked.
Have you been eating the same thing for week? No? Then it's not indigestion. It could be something serious. You need to go to a doctor.
My best friend was having stomach problems like indigestion and a few days later die of massive heart attack he was 31 and healthy
A few weeks before she died, my aunt felt the same way. Turns out it was a bladder infection but, she waited so long to deal with it, it became sepsis and killed her!

Start exercising going for long walks that helps your digestion the more you move around the more healthier you are if you sit a lot and eat junk foods it will catch up to you sooner later when you hit your 30s
chinese food? did it include sushi? sushi and raw meat/fish has parasite eggs rady to hatch in you , but I don't know if it has something to do with your pain , bc parasites usually hide where u can't actually feel them so I don't know
Pay attention to the food you eat and if they trigger those symptoms. Oily, fatty food can cause upper stomach discomfort.
Are you possibly pregnant? Lol
If you have no chance of morning sickness. I have known people with gallstones that act up after eating green vegetables. Best to hopefully get a doctor’s opinion.
