Last Saturday night my boyfriend and I had protected sex and Sunday morning I started my period. It's been a week now and my ovaries are aching and I'm having upper back pain and sometimes it will be lower back pain on the right side. This morning when I went to the bathroom I happened to look down and see spots of blood in my panties and when I wiped there was nothing and I know it wasn't there last night when I put them on. Should I go to the doctor or just wait a while and see if it goes away.
