How to lose flappy fat arms?

okay so i have a decent body at the moment i guess you could say but its quite a bit looking weird with my arms which are flappy and fat. what arm exercises could i do? i want to get rid of them IMMEDIATELY.

There's no such thing as "spot reduction" outside of surgery. To lose fat on your arms you will have to lose fat overall on your body, and your body type will choose for it's self where that fat comes from.

So diet is the fastest method for fat reduction. Clean healthy eating... meat, fish, veggies, fruit. And lots of it.

The next fastest way to trim down is to build muscle. Working out to build muscles will trim over body fat, and will "tighten" up lose skin because of the added muscle underneath.

Since you're a girl you don't have to worry about "getting big" from lifting weights... you simply don't have the testosterone levels to build bulk. You'll always be beautifully lean if you build muscle. Unless you take steroids.

Diet. Exercise. That's it.

You can fix flabby arms not necessarily by losing fat but building your triceps... the muscle underlying the typical flabby arm.. by strengthening this muscle and building it you should see a reduction in flab... it will not spot burn any existing fat in the area but will help jiggles

Doing arm curls helped me get pretty non-flabby upper arms.
Find some mats and get a 4lb or so dumbbell and get on all fours on the mat. Holding the weight, hold your arm straight behind you, then bring them down towards the floor at a 90 degree angle from your body. Repeat and do 20 or however many reps you can do comfortably per arm.

Immediately? Then build muscle. Start doing pull ups and dips. If you can't do one then work on negative pullups. Look them up.
