How to lose arm fat (bat wings) ?

I gained a lot of weight; I’ve been fighting to lose it one of my worst areas are my arms what exercises should I do?

Eat healthy and sport.

Also you can't loose fat bei in just one area.

Also maybe consult a doctor if you got a special condition like slow metabolism, doc may give you more advices.

The only way is by losing weight…you can exercise all you want but if you’re eating too many calories, then you’re still going to have the same arms…


So my sugggestion to you would be to decrease your caloric intake.

you can't spot reduce, doesn't work that way. you're only option is to just lose weight, your whole body will get skinnier (including your bingo wings)

You can't lose fat in a targetted area. Do more cardio, lift weights, eat better.

You cannot loose fat at a specific place. You gain or loose it everywhere. Loosing fat is 90% nutrition and 10% exercise
