I was bulimic/anorexic for a while. Both, then I turned into a binge/purge bulimic.
And sometimes yeah, still wanna jump back into it.
But, no you won't gain all the weight back, or any really as long as you take care of yourself.
I weigh less now than I did when I was constantly purging.
And the bloating is gone, so I look way thinner too.
Eating healthy will restart the metabolism you destroy while in the bulimic cycle.
You'll not gain weight, and you'll feel and look 100x better. And you just have to forgive yourself for mess ups too.
If you end up on a little binge, you just have to think, breathe and stop. Not purge. Thats bad. And it causes even more unnecessary stress in your body.
It's part of it. Just forgive yourself and have a good day the next day.
Also what helped me a lot, was going vegan.
I did for a multitude of reasons, but its really easy to maintain my weight this way.
Dairy makes you gain weight. It's real purpose is to make babies grow, soo.. I dropped that. And meat is a sense protein (I personally had a hard time with both on my weakened system anyways).
But, going plant based makes you feel better, bloat less and makes you able to eat so much more, because the calories are less dense.
(Not trying to force my agenda on that) but strictly speaking weight maintenance, it helps a ton.

No you won't gain a lot of weight fast even if it's healthy, make sure you drink lots of water, You work out therefor your weight will fluctuate for the better and once you find the routine and eating habits that you will stick to then your weight may keep steady. Ease into it, it's not easy, just keep your head high and know you can do it!
It's actually kind of difficult to gain a noticeable amount of weight from eating healthy. If anything you'll just gain weight from muscle, not really fat. After you eat you could just do a few sit-ups or push-ups to make you feel better and less anxious about what you ate. I wish you the best of luck.
First of all, you should pat yourself on the back for quitting bulimia. That takes a lot of willpower. You won't gain tons of weight at all if you're eating healthy. You may just still be feeling paranoid about weight

You may need a psychiatrist who specializes in OCD and EDs in particular. I tend to think someone who has never suffered one can possibly understand. My opinion. Do not force yourself to eat more than you think you can. Don't let people pressure you, however well-intended. Don't exercise on a full stomach. Inbox me if you'd like
You know what, rib cages aren't that sexy, so stay at that healthy bmi and keep on working out. It's good to have muscles, to stay strong.
