I am working on not being bulimic. I have lost the weight and do not wish to lose anymore. I would not mind gaining a few pounds either. However I am scared to start eating normally again because I think that I will gain a lot of weight fast even if I eat good and healthy. Is this true? What can I do? I am at a healthy BMI by the way, i workout too, but not as much as I used to be able to before I got my Ed. I really want to change and need some advice from someone who understands (doctors do not get it)
