I definitely throw up at least once a week.
for me this has been normal since I was 12. I am 25 now.
trigger foods is ice cream (instant vomit not even a min after) cereal, eggs, noodles, soups.
I think it happens when I’m alone and I scarf food then I feel guilty cuz I’m on a diet trynna lose 5-10lbs.
so when I see those foods and I want them I already know what’s going to happen next.
there was phases where I would throw up all day everyday for a month or 2 but it has not been like that lately. Only when I have a sweet craving then I will vomit afterwards so clock work when I’m pmsing im throwing up a lot.
I don’t want to be like this forever , it’s not normal to like eat then go hack it up.
afterwards I get even more hungry. So when I’m lying in bed it’s uncomfortable but I’m too tired to go get a snack.
it’s not an all the time thing but when I have a lot of cravings It becomes throw up season for me, I’m annoyed

I have an extremely healthy diet and lifestyle. Let me tell you something:
If you are hungry, it means you have to eat.
Just choose healthy things to eat, and don't try to do it 100% perfect. Just right.
The reason why people have bad results isn't because of not trying hard enough, but because of trying too hard. Then they cannot be consistent, and take it in a pleasurable manner.
In your case you are pressuring yourself so much that you even harming your health. Just take it easy, no need to be that hard on you.
For each thing that you crave there's a likely as tasty, if not more, food that provides the same pleasure, but it isn't as caloric.
Generally fruit.
Well the issue with bulimia is not the food but the mental view of the food. It sounds like you are getting a little healthier about it and I know that you can cure it completely. But it is up to you to change your views of what your body is and what food is to your body.
If that you in the picture, you don’t have 5-10 lbs to lose. You seem to acknowledge the problem, but I think you should probably seek out some counseling to walk you through recovery to a natural, healthy weight.
