How to get over an eating disorder?

I have an eating disorder and i'm not sure exactly which one it is. I hate myself and I don't want to eat (sometimes i actually can't eat or i gag and get sick) i already weigh very little and I don't know how to get through this.

I can't tell my family, they will not help and I know that.. but i'm not sure what to do..

You are probably anorexic, and trust me guys don't dig anorexic chick. But dont panic, you can beat it by yourself.
I am slightly underweight myself, so I'll forward you my recipe, it's working for me

1. If you drink coffee in the morning, don't. Replace it with a lemonade or just water. Drink as much water as you can. After 15min you should be hungry. You need a lot of carbohydrates in the morning, cause you are going to burn it all day. I usually have sandwiches or pancakes for breakfast.

2. Lunch - after you burned carbohydrates, your body starts to drain water and then muscles. It manifests as lack of energy. At that point you need proteins, which is meat. You should eat it with salad and sometimes rice or potatoes.

3. For dinner you can eat whatever you want, but I would recommend fresh or boiled vegetables

4. Eat a fruit between every meal. Fruits are great apetizers

5. Exercise

6. Try to eat a desert after meal from time to time

Remember, don't try to eat a lot in one meal. Eat as much as you can. But you have to have at least 3 meals everyday. And you MUSTNT make yourself puke.

Thats about it, I hope it helps. If not, please do consult your nutricionist or your parents. Trust me they will get you out of that hole

You suffer from mental anorexia and you are in deep shit.

You got huge chance of healing yourself quickly if you suffer from that for less than a couple of months.

Try to seek medical help, pshychiatrist.

Eat 4 times a day even if you don't feel to and don't make you puke under any cicumstances.

Fight like your life depend on it cause trust me as soon as you get caught by this illness, your life becomes a living hell.

thank you so much for letting me know what it's called. I've been dealing with it for 4 or so months I think and I've even had panic attacks about food. I'm gonna research it and set alarms for eating and stuff like that. I wanna get better

4 month is not that long and you definetly can reverse the process.

Try to hang out with friends even if you don't feel to, you need to get your moral up otherwise you slowly but surely fall into depression.

Please get better, I lost 10 years of my life in this nightmare, you end up working (if you can), binging and puking, you swallow thousand of pills and your life is MISERABLE.

I've been there too, and the only way you can get over it is by yourself, give you a chance to eat at least two times a day, start by little and with time add more, you won't feel that bad anymore.

You should consider residential treatment. I went for a couple months (for something else) and i noticed it helps people a lot

what's wrong? why can't you eat?
