I think im developing an eating disorder- possibly bulimia?

I've been struggling with weight gain for years and have always wanted to gain weight around my butt/thighs and now I personally think im gaining some weight, some on the butt and thigh but most on the belly. Friends and family are teling me im not and that its still the same & that my belly is fine.

But I've become obsessed with it & I can't stop thinking about the weight gain on my belly. Idm eating a lot which I have been doing a lot recently but I hate when i eat mcdonalds or fast foods etc I feel disgusting and consider making myself throw up or force myself to toilet it out lol.

Im worried I might be developing an eating disorder? does this seem like it? I keep excersizing and excersizing my belly, I will also stop eating quite a lot for a while, to maintain my flat belly and waist.
