I think I'm developing an eating disorder?

What can I do to find out if im right? I've stopped eating very much, I make myself eat under 800 calories a day, preferably under 600, and I feel really really guilty after eating, no matter what it is. I also fast, my longest fast was 24 hours and I have 12 hour fasts at least every other day, but I normally aim for 18 hours every couple of days. Im scared, I don't know what to do, I have already lost a couple of pounds and I feel like i won't be able to stop. I have become obsessed with the number on my scale :( please help.

I would purge but I don't have a gag reflex and throwing up is one of my biggest fears.. :/
