Hun, dont let this get too out of hand, I've been down that road and let me tell you from experience, it is NOT worth the trouble or pain, emotional and physical... trust me, at one point in my life I was sickly skinny, pale, cold, fragile, and my heart rate was usually around 43 beats per minute. (the normal is around 80) and all of the tears and self torment, I was never happy. you just have to learn to love who you are, and once you are happy with you, you can work to get yourself into a healthy routine, ie excersizing, eating healthy and in proper proportions. if you ever need anyone to talk to you can message me :)

The fact that you are saying you might have a problem is definitely a red flag. Why are you so concerned on your calorie intake? I mean there are ways to stay fit and eating well without starving yourself. And if you feel you can't do this yourself get someon close to you involved
It's great you're onto this early. You should definitely see a counsellor to start talking about it and understanding it.
I don't know what got you into this situation but, yes you need help. Talk to someone in your personal life about this.

If you want to lose weight, starving yourself is not the way to do it. You're supposed to have about 2000 calories per day. Please get help, and stop this before it develops into an actual eating disorder :)
