Why am I not losing weight?

I have been dieting and exercising the past two months and I can asure you I 99% ate healthy food... plus exercising but so far I lost only 1 - 1,5 kg... this is very weird... I used to lose one 1kg per week in the past? What am I doing wrong? WHat shell I do? Please suggest me some tips to lose weight...

Please suggest me some kind of a plan? like when to eat when to exercise... ( I am from 7h to 14h to school). ?
