Start working out. Don't eat any junk. Eat good protein (bacons bad so cut that out go for eggs instead) to help build muscle while you work out. If you start eating healthy and working out you will lose the fat and replace it with muscle. Your mom should want you to eat healthy so request green vegetables for dinner. And hard boiled eggs for breakfast. Protein shakes are good for workouts. And drink tons of water. No more soda.
This sounds like you have an eating disorder or something that you're trying to hide from your mom. Not a good situation :/

Some people also drink tea, which works for some, but not all. Have a proper diet as well
When you start to lose it stuff a pillow up your jumper.
I want ways of losing, not ways of hding :P
