How can I loose fat without my mum knowing?

This may sound strange but I'm wanting to lose fat without my mum knowing. I've started working out and I want to lose some fat to gain some definition but my mum says I don't need to lose fat and won't let me. How can I lose fat without her knowing?

(she cooks all the meals so I don't cook for myself)

By hide I don't mean hide, I mean how can I lose fat without her taking an active role, cos she doesn't think I need to lose fat, but I want to gain definition

Start working out. Don't eat any junk. Eat good protein (bacons bad so cut that out go for eggs instead) to help build muscle while you work out. If you start eating healthy and working out you will lose the fat and replace it with muscle. Your mom should want you to eat healthy so request green vegetables for dinner. And hard boiled eggs for breakfast. Protein shakes are good for workouts. And drink tons of water. No more soda.

This sounds like you have an eating disorder or something that you're trying to hide from your mom. Not a good situation :/

Some people also drink tea, which works for some, but not all. Have a proper diet as well
