It's not good, because you could discourage yourself or possibly injure yourself. The goal isn't to start our hard, the goal is to start where it's manageable, and then try to do a little better than that the next time... and even better the next time. You should be pushing yourself a little each time, to beat your personal best.
Working out hard doesn't mean it will be effective.. and it's huge waste to put in a ton of effort if you find out later you did it wrong and it didn't do anything for your body except wear you out.
You'd be surprised at how fast you do get to a harder level. It only takes a week or two when you are starting from scratch, because you have to ensure your nervous system can adapt to give you the endurance needed to sustain a workout.
It'd be really hard on your body. you're better off doing something that's challenging, and then as you get used to that level gradually getting harder. If you go really hard right off the bat you're REALLY going to feel it the next day, and it may demotivated you to continue the exercise
Hells no; Take your time. If lifting, find out how much you can do for 8-10 reps comfortable and gradually build up that load. If doing aerobic exercise, then find a comfortable pace and gradually build up the exercise duration. Going from no exercise to exercise is taxing and effective enough, you don't need to kill yourself and destroy both your drive and your body.
Take it easy, get into the habit of lifting/aerobic exercise, and once your body adjusts to the movements and to the new stresses on your body, then and only then worry about progressive overload.
No, I think you should start with light exercises and then take it to the next level. You should do it gradually.

If you are just starting the most advisable thing is to start off with basics, pushing yourself a bit, and then move forward, going harder and harder, that when you will notice your resistance.
Start slow and then gradually increase the intensity of your workout. Even if you feel ok, your body might not follow.
I mean there's a risk of injuring yourself, its important to prepare and stretch!
Yes but you have to watch your form and lusten to your body!
Better to have a plan. You need to build up endurance before you can go hard.
Ease yourself into it otherwise you may injure yourself.
Nope, cuz then u'd be more likely to give up early or for ur body to break down
Nope. Go from easy to hard and be consistent for Noob gains.
Yes but be prepared and have lots of Advil.
Never good, you'll hurt yourself.
I think its best to start slow!
