I dont have that much time to work out. I have long school days and tend to have long shifts at work.
The obvious way to lose weight fast is to skip meals, cut their sizes in half drastically, or other ridiculous measures like that.
The catch 22 to going about it like that is that not only will it make you miserable while you do it, but the 'results' (mostly water weight) will last roughly as long as it took to get them.
The best way to lose weight and keep it off is make adjustments to your lifestyle. Meaning setting time in your schedule specifically for workouts, minimizing or cutting out completely processed foods, etc..
You won't lose weight fast, you just have to make sure you're eating really healthy, no added sugars, bad fats and sodium. Drink lots of water, you can try to work out when you can because you won't just get results like that. Unfortunately there's no safe way of losing weight fast its a process.
By the way for 5.7 103 lbs is really small!
Best way to lose weight without working is eating properly and you don't need to lose weight at all.
You shouldn't loose any and even if you do, don't do it fast. Target like 4-7 pounds per month

First, weight loss is 90% diet, and there's no short cut. Second, you absolutely should not be losing weight, because you are already severely underweight.
Uh no. The least someone who's 5'7" should weigh is like 120. You need to be seeing a doctor about how to GAIN weight.
2kg isn't a great deal of weight you can do that quite easily tbh...
