Is there any truth to constantly wearing hats would result in increase chance of baldness? Or is that a one big morbidly obese myth?

This is the first time I hear of it. But if that were true then why doesn't our body hair fall out over time? I mean, we all wear clothes and my arms and legs are relatively hairy despite being covered for most of life time pretty much.
