Is this girl anorexic?

There is a girl who sometimes sits next to me in class and i was looking at her wedding photos on facebook I notice that in one photo - you can see very obvious indentations on her chest and it looks like she starves herself - the indentations on her chest are extremely obvious - when I see her at school - she usually covers up her chest with clothes so you can't see the bones underneath but in her wedding dress her the bones in her chest was very obvious. I think she may have struggled with and possibly still continues to struggle with aneroxia at some point in her life. One of the reasons I used to think she was pretty was because she was very thin but after learning that she might be aneroxic - I will never ever compliment her on her thin body.

She might just be naturally skinny and not complimenting someone based on an eating disorder is rude as fuck. I started recovering from my eating disorder because my boyfriend constantly made me feel good about myself. Why don't you get to know her instead of being a prude.

There's a chance that she probably is but then again, she may be naturally thin but I think you are right.

I'm afraid there's a good chance. And indeed anorexia is a very unhealthy condition... difficult to get rid of for those who have it.
It could of course also be that she's one of these persons who can eat what they want and still be skinny :D

One way to find out for sure is to ask her to lunch.

I have indentations on my chest too (it's very very bony), and I'm most definitely not anorexic. Just because someone is really skinny doesn't mean that they're anorexic!
