My parents recently moved and my mom keeps losing weight and every time I see my family my dad tells me how much weight my mom has lost. My sister had to get surgery so she lost weight too but instead of just telling me she's doing well, my mom told me how much weight she's lost. I am so tired of hearing about weight all the time. I've had body image and eating issues forever and I just want to cry because I recently gained a few pounds and I hate myself for it and I have eating problems and am having a hard time losing the weight again. Everyone else just loses weight so easily. How do I make this stop bothering me? It makes me want to just lay in bed and cry.
