What is this on the inside of my cheek?

Started feeling pain on inside of my cheek on the top left side. Looked in the mirror and noticed a small white bump. What is it.

I'm scared. I searched it on google which was a bad idea bc it showed results of a bunch of serious illnesses

A white bump can be anything, I won't ask for pictures if you don't feel like it
but I probably give you a better answer.

Most likely it's just milia coming for a visit, often the result
of your skin being sun-damaged, or using pore-clogging skin products..
in any case, it's just your skin having trouble getting rid of dead cells.

It's a mouth ulcer. Nothing more than a small Nick in the skin that's trying to heal. Your mouth is always wet and your eating and drinking so have some bacteria in your mouth. So it a tough place for cuts to heal.

It's probably nothing. It could be a canker sore, a blocked salivary gland, etc. Rub some salt on it. It'll hurt but it will probably get rid of it.

concentrated dead bacteria with other fluids. it needs to be cleared by a dentist.
