I don't shower before the gym, or after. I take a shower right when I wake up, and that's it.

My husband LOVES the way I smell after workouts. He'll literally bury his nose in me and just inhale.
He especially likes the smell of my shoulders and my front hairline (I guess more of the oils must accumulate there).

He also thinks I'm hotter when I'm sort of disheveled.

Who am I to deny him such an exquisite pleasure? #lolbutsrsly

I don't see the point in going to the gym if you don't break a sweat.
Sweating is pretty gross but it also feels really good.
