It's impossible for the body to be able to sustain running, push ups and squats and situps if you only drink water. You'd either pass out or throw up because you've spiraled into hypoglycemia. That's very dangerous.
If you want to lose pounds, you need to add muscle... because muscle burns fat. An no, you won't turn into a body builder with gross muscles if you lift weights.
The best way to lose weight is to eat healthy WHILE you do cardio and other exercises. Things like lots of protein... which make you feel full, but the protein your body doesn't use to repair your muscles, usually turns into your hair or fingernails. That's why when you eat a lot of protein, your hair and nails grows super fast.
Also, lots and lots of veggies. Veggies don't make you gain weight.
Soda makes you gain weight. Boxed and prepackaged food make you gain weight.
The worst thing you could do is starve your body, because it will literally start to eat itself by breaking down your muscles, kidneys and your brain. It also kicks in to this "starvation mode" which makes your metabolism slow WAAAAYYYY down making it even harder to lose weight.
Just eat healthy and lift weights... and maybe do a salt water flush to "flush out" the pounds of poo that are likely sitting in your bowels. I did one the other week and my tummy flattened out and I lost close to a pound.
Losing weight doesn't happen in a week; but if you keep it up, you'll notice a huge difference in about 4 weeks... then 12... then after about 6 months you'll be rocking a whole new body! You need to give yourself a realistic timeline. A week is not realistic... or healthy.
Um honey, I get the urge as a teen as well to lose weight, but i've never thought of not eating. Let me break it down to you, basically not eating will kill you, you're not giving your body any nutrients, ANY. And not eating food will make you fatter, because it sounds possible now but you're going to get so hungry you're going to binge and eat twice as much food.
Exercise sounds great, its good for you, so stick with the exercise.
But if you want to lose weight: stop eating processed foods, junk food, fried food, and sugar. Fill your diet with complex carbohydrates (found in fruits & veggies), I would stay away from dairy, and eat grilled or boiled meat, and you should only season that with lemon, salt, or garlic, not anything too heavy. Drink at least 8 cups of water a day (but don't drink too much), and don't go overboard with the fruits as they contain a lot of natural sugars, which aren't bad for you at all (your body knows how to digest them unlike processed things with sugar), but some fruits if you eat them excessively could cause weight gain (pretty sure it's barely anything though). And you shouldn't be losing too much a day/week.. weight loss takes time and patience, but sticking with a diet plan and an exercise plan (write one down, seriously, or else you'll forget and it won't seem as much of a priority) you'll see results very quickly. Just keep it up, and DO NOT starve yourself!!

For fruits, eat them as snacks, but not as meals. Once again, with the foods I gave you, not only you'll lose weight (with exercising) because the foods I listed aren't high in calories, but you'll be treating your body with wonderful proteins, nutrients, vitamins, etc. You'll be thinner and most importantly healthy. But don't get too wrapped up in how much weight you lose. I doubt you even need to lose weight. Have fun! :)) And yeah, make a weekly plan for what to eat and what exercises to do each day and keep it up and don't quit.

Well to lose weight you have to be losing more calories than you are eating, we already lose calories in ways we don't know it, our body naturally does. So you have to exercise to burn even more calories and eat foods low in calories so there's not a lot to burn off..

Well i'm 5'5 and 114, my height is due to genetics but I eat just like I told you and i'm fit and thin, but you're healthy judging by your weight and height. I totally recommend seeing a nutritionist, he or she will help you set up an eating plan (possibly exercise plan too) to keep you thin and fit (because you don't want legs and arms that look like twigs and you certainly don't want your bones sticking out). So yeah, see a nutritionist for professional help on what foods to eat and what exercises to do to lose weight and still be healthy, but of course ask your mom or dad first.
Just dont do it. it is extremely unhealthy for you and all you will lose is fluids not actual fat. Losing weight is dedication over a longer period of time. You need te eat healthier and exercise more. And dont underestimate the amount of calouries in soda and and alcohol. Just switch too water and that alone will make a big difference.

If you don't eat at all, you probably won't lose much weight. Your body will go into starvation mode, retaining as much water as it can, slowing all metabolic processes as well.
Working out while eating a diet that's low in processed foods, high in fibre as well as protein is best. That way your body will be adequately powered, resulting in ideal conditions for a strong metabolism. The easier you make it for your body to build muscle is also good, as muscle has a significantly higher metabolic rate than fat so you'll be technically burning calories even when sitting down.

And then it will all come back as your body will be in starvation mode and conserving all the fat. you'll initially lose water weight and burn muscle, and then after you start eating again, probably right after a purge to get all the nurtients back, it will work extra hard to regain all the fat it lost. this is why ccrash diets dont usually work, and the key to weight loss is gradual, healthy calorie restriction. im not just sdaying this for your safety, although that plays a large factor in it, because if you don't eat for a large period of time and then go straight back into eating, you might have a huge problem on your hands because your intestines will be in a sort of "hibernation" so to speak, you might have to go to the hospital, and you'll burn yourself out by just doing normal tasks like walking from room to room, let alone exercise, but also its just not an effective weight loss method.

So here's the thing.
You need to eat more.
You have completely fucked your metabolism. No i can't put it nicer. You don't eat enough, your body has likely slowed it's metabolic systems way the hell down, and ripped out muscle tone whereever it could. That's dangerous. It also further crushes your metabolism. You eat less? Your body will try to shut down even more. It's clinging to any fat it has for deal life because it thinks there's a famine.
There is no fast way for you to lose fat at this point.
What should you do? Eat three meals a day, protein carbs and fat at each one, either start lifting heavy weights or learn to do a serious bodyweight resistance workout, throw out your scale, and try to 'tone up' and get stronger over the next few months.
You want to be low fat? Look at the really low fat people here: consultantisback, polocrew etc. You may not want to lift as long and hard as them, but they have loooooow body fat. Ask them how much they eat.
You'll never bulk up like them, but you want to lose weight, you need to copy them more.

Not trying to beat you up. We're on your side, i want you to be successful. To do that you need to spend a chunk of time on revving up your metabolism as your primary goal. That means better energy systems, and rebuilding lean mass you lost (or never had much of).
It doesn't matter because you'll pot all that weight back on again as soon as you start eating.
When you stop eating your body goes into survival mode so when ou start eating again it thinks that that'll be your last meal so it just stores all that fat.

At your rate, you will burn maybe 2000 a dayish.
You can do the math at first, but as you continue this diet, your metabolism will go in your boots and those calories lost per day will decrease. Additionally, it will trash your energy levels and body repair speeds.
If you do the diet, add some greens and protiens. Even something like soy milk will work for awhile.

When you dont eat your body triggers the panic button and starts storing fat for energy cause your not giving it carbs and calories to burn. You will not lose anything noticable in a week it will take time but with proper diet and exercise you will see results in 2 months

Lets think about this rationally. You want to lose fat, not weight. You're also at an age where you're growing, so you don't want to fuck up your health in the long term.
If you want a short cut cheat code to losing extra fat, it's simple - science the shit out of it.
Here's 2 things I can recommend you do immediately for almost instant results:
1.) Eat more!. The thing with fat is that it is your body's way of storing energy. Your body is programmed to store more energy when it feels worried that it might need energy later on. If you reassure your body that there's plenty of food around and it doesn't need to worry, then it will stop storing the energy. So eat more, but eat in smaller portions just more frequently.
2.) Eat your carbs only in the morning and completely cut carbs and sugar after 3pm. Carbs is the body's fuel, and fuel is important to help your body move. The more your body moves, the more fat it burns, so don't skip carbs completely. However, if you eat carbs at night, then the excess fuel will be floating around after you sleep. The body has no choice but to turn that into fat. So fuel up in the morning, and don't leave excess fuel around at night. Simple.
