For women, visible abs are achievable at around 16-19% body fat. I’m going on vacation in 6 weeks and I’m curious if I can SAFELY get there by then (:
I was working out consistently in the fall, but injured myself and decided to stop for the sake of recovery. I’m about 80% better now, and I am considering starting back up again next Monday.
I don’t know very much about this, so any information will be helpful!
