It could however if you want abs you'll get them by strengthening your core doesn't mean they will show through your skin because you literally need to work out all over and lose body fat all over in order for you to be able to see them coming through.

None. Do resistance training for your abs. Traditional ab workouts don't work and are terrible for your lower back and hips.

I think it's actually called core stabilization. I use resistance bands to work my abs because you can do a lot of core exercises with resistance (i. e. weight) that you otherwise can't do. Do a YouTube search for the band man Dave Schmitz. I got a lot of the exercises I use from him.

Yeah I know but I mean't like to actually see results. So hopefully I can be motivated to continue strengthening my core.
