Eat healthy/natural foods. Make sure you get enough fats in your diet. Dont worry, fats are not what make you FAT lol, primarily carbs do. A normal daily diet should consist of 30% fats, 50% carbs, 20% protein. Make sure you get enough B12 and biotin. Also wash your hair regularly with lukewarm/cold water and massage your head while you clean it. Don't overdo on shampoo. Some shampoos can get rid of the essential oils on your scalp and dry you out. However, there are some shampoos out there that don't dry you out.

The most effective way (that I know of) is to keep your hair/scalp in a healthy condition.
Pollution, sunburns and hair dyes all serve a bad purpose in this case.

Yep add onion and garlic to your food.
Apply Castor-oil plant to your hair before every shower at least 1 and half hour before.I've heard biotin tablets can help.
seaweed is suppose to make hair grow a lot faster
