-Dont eat sweets, soda, "enriched" flours and carbs like white pastas, pizza, pastries, pies, white bread, cookies, cakes, etc. Except a weekly cheat meal for long-term motivation
-Sweat often
These little fat burners aren't going to work any miracles, so don't think you can just pop a gimmicky pill and expect it to do anything if your diet isn't in check. Most of the effective fat burners are illegal anyways.

You can always get whole wheat pasta :) even when you go out to eat I often ask if they have it.

15 percent body fat looks lean and great for a girl... not sure if you're 15 percent being chubby apppearance wise?

That's what my doctor told me. She measured me and told me it was 15, 2 weeks ago. I have like a tummy pudge. I don't have a flat stomach :/

just focus on resistance training and eating well.
if you eat less and do more cardio, you may even look more flabbier but you weight will decrease. but you want to look good and feel strong right?
full body weight train and eat well. if done properly, should see physical changes in 6 weeks.
